Fantefilm Fiksjon was established in 2006, as a branch of Fantefilm, to focus on feature film development, production and marketing.
The company's goal is to produce entertaining films for a broad audience, both for Norwegian and the international market.
The company's first feature Cold Prey was one of the most successful Norwegians films in 2006, followed by Cold Prey II in 2008 which broke the Norwegian record for best opening weekend for a Norwegian film ever.
